Superior Aerospace is located in Fridley, MN – approximately 20 miles north of Minneapolis. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for handling all shipping, packaging, receiving, and inventory management functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately prepare and package products according to shipping requirements Ensure all shipments include correct documentation and labeling Coordinate outsourcing activities as directed Stage raw materials for production and store finished goods in designated areas Manage receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming materials Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts Drive and oversee routine maintenance of company vehicles Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned Qualifications - Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of recent warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to complete forklift

certification/training Basic knowledge of inventory control, safety procedures, and ISO standards Ability to use general office equipment (computers, scanners, printers, etc.) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Skills & Experience Previous experience with inventory management systems or ERP software Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a

warehouse/production
