Job Description Salary: Summary:
The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Warehouse and Logistics operation to include, but are not limited to, the responsibilities as outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading of daily THG shipments (tools, supplies & misc
material/equipment) Loading and unloading of daily OTR shipments (project equipment & accessories) Accurately recording receipt of inbound OTR & outbound THG shipments Strategically organizing the warehouse to help create space Maintain clean and orderly work areas Identify damaged equipment or packaging and handle properly Distribute packages daily amongst campus Assist with tool, supply order fulfillment Assist with tool returns Communicate among group, express daily needs and expectations Re-boxing, crating or palletizing items to ensure product being transported is safely intact to the best of our ability Other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications: Must have forklift operation experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge about equipment, small tools, tool repair and warehousing
Other Qualifications: Requires an ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and adjust to changing situations Requires initiative, great attention to detail, accuracy, an ability to prioritize and multi-task Must have excellent interpersonal and customer services skills, and maintain a positive attitude while dealing professionally with co-workers, clients, vendors, etc. Must be able to work independently with limited supervision while still being a team player Must be dependable, organized and self-motivated
