You'll be responsible for preparing ad hoc financial analysis in addition to trending financial data to support the management decision process. This role requires strong financial modeling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to become a trusted business partner, supporting the company achievement of business goals.
Where will you work?
This is an onsite position based in our Swedesboro, NJ office. The role will also require occasional travel to other U.S. locations to build business knowledge and foster relationships with cross-functional partners.
What you'll do:

  • Compile and analyze significant operating expenses monthly
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis and business modeling
  • Analyze annual standard product costs for compounded preparations
  • Analyze profitability of products to assist in pricing and production planning decision making.
  • Participate in month end financial close process.
  • Leverage technology and AI to optimize data gathering
Who you are:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong desire to understand trends, outliers, and their impact on financial results.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and work cross-functionally.
What you've done:
  • Earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Gained experience in a manufacturing environment or with inventory accounting (preferred).
  • Developed advanced Excel skills, including use of macros, lookups, and pivot tables, and the ability to compile data into concise, actionable analysis.
  • Built a working knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Utilized tools such as SQL, AI platforms, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) (a plus).
  • Created or contributed to financial models (a plus).

  • Compensation: The target salary range is $60,000-$70,000 commensurate with individual's experience and qualifications
