The Role

Youll be focused on ensuring the smooth operation of our Lehi, Utah office, providing administrative support to enhance efficiency and the employee experience. Youll work closely with the leaders and employees in the office, and collaborate with various departments to support day-to-day activities.

This role is part-time targeting 20 hours of work per week. Attendance in the Lehi office on Tuesday Thursday mornings is required.

This is what youll be doing, day to day:

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for leaders in the office. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, mail and phone calls, and direct them appropriately. Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and coordinating interviews and onboarding activities. Assisting with sourcing and distributing employee swag, in collaboration with the Global People Team. Maintain accurate records and assist with basic financial and HR administrative tasks. Manage office food and supplies, equipment, and facilities, to ensure a well-maintained and functioning workplace. Support event planning for regional events and team activities.

What youll need to be successful:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and external contacts. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident and located in or willing to relocate to Lehi, Utah.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with HR or finance systems and concepts, or working towards a career in those fields.
