About the Role
This entry-level sales position involves the Territory Business Manager (TBM) achieving sales goals and implementing approved programs within a defined geographic territory. The TBM provides information and services to various accounts, including healthcare professionals and office staff. Responsibilities
Create demand for Reckitt products by meeting sales targets through face-to-face presentations. Increase knowledge of Reckitt and competitor products. Utilize promotional materials effectively in sales situations. Apply pharmacoeconomics of Reckitt products to relevant customers. Manage promotional materials and samples per SOPs and guidelines. Provide feedback on sales trends and business conditions. Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports and resource management. Assist in achieving regional sales goals. Use selling skills to gain customer commitments. Leverage call plans and account information for effective sales calls. Analyze sales calls for effectiveness and plan subsequent calls. Participate in sales meetings and travel 2-4 times per year. Complete ongoing training programs. Qualifications
Four-year college degree (BA/BS). One to three years of outside B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred. Reside within the territory. Self-motivated, proactive, confident, organized, persuasive, analytical. Skilled in planning and resource allocation. Willing to travel overnight as needed. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
