Who You Are: You are a purposeful Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a passion for: · High volume, fast paced recruiting. · Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. · Consistently exceeding goals. · Managing time effectively. · Being a positive ambassador of change. · Demonstrating your effective communication skills. What You Will Do: · Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding. · Responsible for coordinating all pre-employment activities for candidates including obtaining and processing pre-employment checks. · Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences. · Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. · Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate information in the applicant tracking system. · Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition. · Remain informed about relevant employment laws and regulations. What Skills You Will Need: · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience within a Talent Acquisition role. · Minimum of five years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment. · Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition. · Effective communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. · Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems or HCM platforms. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
