Job Overview The Citi Treasury Investments group (CTI) manages a portfolio including Issued Debt, Intercompany Borrowings & Placements, AFS / HTM Securities, and Derivatives. CTI oversees central liquidity and investment portfolios, executes hedge programs, provides US dollar financing to trading desks, and manages USD interest rate risk in the banking book. The goal is to achieve Citi's targeted net interest position through issuing debt, structured notes, credit card securitizations, and liability management for capital securities issued through Citigroup and CBNA. The CTI Business Execution team collaborates with stakeholders to define, drive, and implement process improvements across Treasury activities, working with global Treasury groups, Finance, Risk, Technology, and various businesses. The team prioritizes initiatives, coordinates efforts, tracks progress, and establishes best practices. This senior role will lead the Regulatory Consent Order platform simplification and modernization efforts, supporting CTI's hedge programs. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading the implementation of operational frameworks. Responsibilities : Lead program delivery for CTI's Consent order initiatives, focusing on simplification, modernization, and standardization. Coordinate platform alignment and solution delivery for large portfolio migrations affecting financial reporting. Design and deliver enterprise-wide hedge accounting solutions to optimize Citi's balance sheet management globally. Collaborate with CTI managers, trading desks, Product Control, Risk, Operations, and Technology to address key business challenges with sustainable solutions. Align with firmwide regulatory initiatives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Manage resourcing for Consent order projects, ensuring appropriate staffing and organizational structures. Oversee project documentation and execution, including Project Charters, BRDs, and Test Plans. Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and continuous learning. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 10 years in financial services or consulting. At least 5 years in project management and SDLC. Experience with large-scale trade migrations. Skilled in managing regulatory commitments. Proven ability to apply technical solutions to complex problems. Strong influencing and partnership skills. Understanding of bank balance sheets.
