As a Product Delivery Manager in the Digital Utilities Customer Interaction Utility team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. Job Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination. Manage change activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Effectively manage timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners. Collaborate with the Product Manager to execute key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies. Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition. Develop and manage relationships across stakeholders, including product-design-technology teams, digital products, business lines, and functional partners. Support change management activities and monitor compliance with company policies and regulations. Raise blockers and impediments to the Product Manager to manage dependencies and resources. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or related areas. Proven ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities. Strong understanding of delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in product or platform release management, deployment strategies, and processes. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics. Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
