This role is designed for a legal professional with hands-on experience in employment litigation and advisory services, aiming to contribute to a diverse range of client matters involving workplace-related disputes, regulatory compliance, and preventive counseling strategies. Duties: Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims Handle matters involving whistleblower actions, breach of employment contracts, and statutory or common law employment issues Provide legal advice to employers on day-to-day human resource issues and risk mitigation strategies Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances Assist in internal investigations and compliance reviews Maintain case management and ensure timely responses to client and court deadlines Requirements: 4-6 years of legal experience focused on employment litigation and/or employment law advisory work Licensed to practice in Massachusetts or eligible for prompt admission Proven track record managing cases or client matters with limited supervision Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Certifications: Active bar membership in Massachusetts or the ability to obtain promptly Skills: Strong legal writing and analytical skills Exceptional oral and written communication abilities Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously Detail-oriented approach with commitment to high-quality work Collaborative mindset with initiative and independence Job Location: Company info BCG Attorney Search 225 Franklin Street, 26th floor Boston Massachusetts United States 02110 Phone :
