Our growing Minneapolis office has an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five years of litigation experience.Responsibilities will include client contact and responsibility for managing their own cases.This position offers the flexibility for remote, hybrid, or in-person work.
Skills and Educational Requirements
JD with excellent academic credentials Minimum of five years of experience working on general litigation Construction law experience is preferred but not required Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing Experience with both state and federal court proceedings Proven ability to engage directly with clients, delivering clear advice and building trusted relationships Demonstrated interest in firm leadership Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner Minnesota Bar admission in good standing is required Compensation & Benefits
