Who You Are You are a Law & Motion attorney with at least five (5) years of experience drafting and arguing motions in State and Federal Courts. You are energized by intricate legal puzzles and understand how strategic motion work can shape the trajectory of a case. You bring an incisive legal mind, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to excellence. What Youll Do Draft and argue motions including MSJs, Demurrers, Motions to Strike, and Discovery Motions Analyze complex legal issues to guide litigation strategy Work closely with trial attorneys to identify and develop key legal theories and defenses Help shape the culture and systems of a new, agile, trial-focused firm What We are Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California 5+ years of Law & Motion experience, ideally with a focus on insurance defense or complex civil litigation Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills A strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment Passion for law and motion work and litigation with a desire to be part of a firm thats redefining litigation excellence Why Join Us?
