General Summary

The Program Director manages and monitors residents residing in LaBelle of Justin’s Place Men’s Program. The Program Director supports program documentation and execution, oversees classes, groups, facilitators, service projects, outside events, transportation, and facilities. Serving as an advocate for residents, the Program Director helps provide services that enable residents to walk in faith and learn to function independently within a healthy community. This position oversees Justin’s Place Labelle program staff and ensures alignment with St. Matthew’s House mission. St. Matthew’s House is a faith-based 501(c)(3) organization committed to transforming lives through compassion and discipline.

Essential Tasks

Promotes discipleship through program planning and evaluates progress via staff meetings.

Advocates for Justin’s Place to maintain program functionality.

Oversees daily curriculum schedules, completes resident paperwork, and maintains accurate resident files.

Manages Justin’s Place Labelle staff and assists with leadership teams.

Performs staff performance reviews, manages budgets, and reports quarterly.

Ensures accurate entry of case notes and collaborates with community agencies.

Coordinates classes, manages applications, and oversees room rotations.

Works with community partners to provide resident services and ensures program compliance.

Participates in community meetings, evaluates program administration weekly, and maintains facilities and vehicles.

Must be able to drive, maintain insurance, and have a valid Florida Driver’s License. Travel is required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

At least four years of experience in social services, addiction treatment, or related fields. Faith-based experience is a plus.

CRSS or CRPS certification required.

Experience leading a team and working with individuals with complex needs.

Knowledge of substance use disorders, counseling techniques, and case management.

Ability to collaborate effectively, drive, and maintain proper insurance coverage.

Willing to adjust schedule and priorities as needed.
