Responsibilities
Hire, direct, train, and supervise the sales team at the agency level. Coach employees to overcome objections and work collaboratively toward growth goals. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of community resources, providing in-services and education to the sales team. Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about interested, prospective, and current patients. Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, patients, families, healthcare professionals, and the community to promote understanding of the hospice philosophy and support for patients seeking our care. Assist the Director of Admissions in overseeing the referral-to-admissions process to meet growth objectives.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). At least three years of experience in healthcare sales (preferred). Knowledge of hospice care (preferred).
