For 280k, this manager will oversee the migration of ITSM processes from Jira to ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless integration. Lead the implementation of ITIL workflows, optimize automation, and drive adoption through governance, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking. Skills and Requirements
Having lead specifically a JIRA to ServiceNow integration - Experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow platform migration projects at a well-regarded financial institution or a large-scale enterprise known for operational excellence
6+ years in ITSM leadership or management roles, overseeing teams and strategic initiatives
10+ overall hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), with deep domain expertise across core processes
Will thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings
