Senior Financial Analyst at a Glance… The

Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Strategy and Development (CS&D)

will play an integral role in North America’s Finance organization, gaining broad experience across financial systems, processes, and analyses. Key responsibilities include: Portfolio optimization:

Managing KHC SKU Rationalization projects to improve profitability and reduce complexity. M&A / deal diligence support:

Collaborating with the M&A team on diligence workstreams. Financial reporting enhancement:

Supporting improvements in reporting visibility and quality, including systems, portfolio management, and analytics tools. Industry and competitive intelligence reporting:

Providing competitor intelligence, brand evaluations, and M&A support. What’s on the menu? [SKU Rat]

Assist with annual SKU Rationalization to remove low-margin SKUs. [Diligence]

Support M&A projects with data reconciliation, P&L modeling, and variance analysis. [Systems Project Management]

Reconcile and test financial reporting systems to ensure proper processes. [KHC Competitive Intelligence]

Provide market segmentation analysis for brand positioning. [KHC Industry Reporting]

Analyze industry trends for strategic planning. Recipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you! Bachelor’s in a quantitative field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 2 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting preferred. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Strong project management and process improvement skills. Experience with SAP, Snowflake, Oracle PBCS, or similar systems. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in financial modeling and cross-unit reconciliations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in large, cross-functional teams. $88,000 - $110,000 Bonus:

Performance-based, as per plan terms. Compensation varies by location, experience, and skills. Benefits:
