About the role As a CBRE Senior Project Manager, you will provide consulting services to high-profile client accounts, focusing on retail, multi-tenant, and building infrastructure construction. This role involves travel to Michigan for client meetings every other week.

What you’ll do

Manage all aspects of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Interface directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk management.

Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.

Develop project charters and timelines, ensuring schedules are maintained and issues are escalated as needed.

Lead regular project status meetings and collaborate on solutions for project completion.

Apply innovative methods to improve project execution and departmental objectives.

Mentor team members and lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values.

Contribute to operational improvements and communicate complex ideas effectively.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of experience; experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry, including financial analysis, project management, construction, and business operations.

Innovative mindset and problem-solving skills with broad business impact.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent interpersonal skills and inquisitiveness.

Professional Engineering license highly desirable.

Additional Information Effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management will merge with Turner & Townsend into a single global entity. Initial employment may be with Turner & Townsend PJM US LLC, with subsequent transfer to Turner & Townsend.

Salary range: $120,000 - $145,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a discretionary bonus.
