Working hours : Office Hours Location : Ubi Salary : Up to $3,500 per month We are looking for a dedicated Volunteer Management Executive to oversee our volunteer programme, focusing on recruitment, coordination, and administrative support. This role is key to building and maintaining a strong volunteer base while ensuring smooth operations of volunteer-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies to attract and retain quality volunteers. Manage end-to-end volunteer administration, including registration, scheduling, and documentation. Coordinate volunteer training sessions and engagement programmes. Handle logistics planning and execution for volunteer events and activities. Draft submissions, reports, and proposals related to volunteer programmes. Maintain the volunteer database. Update volunteer policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Requirements: Singaporean only.
