Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Consultant, Engagement Office, is a key role in activating the Digital Technology & Data (DT&D) operating model. This role serves as the driving force and integrator between DT&D leadership and the broader organization, ensuring priorities are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will partner with DT&D leadership to establish and advance processes, governance, and metrics across activities such as planning, investment, prioritization, and operational excellence. You will play a critical role in enabling DT&D leaders to focus on and deliver their commitments. Key Accountabilities
Establish and lead the planning calendar and operational cadence for the DT&D leadership team Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and value delivery Drive the annual planning process, including prioritization and investment decisions Lead business reviews for DT&D leaders, covering portfolio health and operational excellence Identify efficiency opportunities across applications, contracts, and third-party spend Partner across departments to improve workflows and processes Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field At least four years of relevant work experience Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle, resource management, and strategic planning Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups Experience influencing senior IT leaders Comfortable working in ambiguity and leading transformational change Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with portfolio management tools Experience working with IT business partners Strong financial and process skills Additional Information

The expected salary range is $121,000 - $155,000, depending on factors such as location, certifications, education, and experience. This role may be eligible for a discretionary incentive, contingent on company and personal performance.
