Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a
Senior UX Writer/Designer
for their Raleigh, NC / Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Remote location. Responsibilities:
Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for digital products, including buttons, labels, bot responses, UI components, chips, microcopy, legal copy, headers, utterances, etc. Work across a broad range of products, from authenticated experiences to unauthenticated or small business, tailoring copy to the specific goals of each flow (account management, transactional, informational, promotional, etc.). Bring 7+ years of experience in UX writing or a similar field, with a strong design thinking approach and strategic partnership skills. Contribute to the design process by gathering data, iterating on copy, testing content variations, and integrating design thinking into writing. Collaborate effectively with partners, handle feedback professionally, and promote co-creation and design thinking in your process. Requirements:
Experience with virtual assistants and/or AI platforms is required. Strong understanding of UX design, principles, and best practices. This role is for a "designer with words/IA" who will lead strategically rather than just execute copy. Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is a plus. Experience designing/writing for LLM-enabled experiences is a plus. Ability to gain alignment and navigate large organizations, especially in financial institutions, is advantageous.
