About the Team
What we’re not: Building a CRUD app: We develop a platform based on deep technology investments, not simple plumbing or Lego-like assembly.
A GPT wrapper: Mortgage problems require precision and multiple tools beyond just LLMs.
An easy job: We build from the ground up, often facing difficult tasks that may involve failure and learning.
What we are: A small, capable team where you can fix and improve what you find broken.
Focused on maintainability and reducing toil.
Empowering individuals to implement their good ideas more freely than in large companies.
Generalists who enjoy getting into everything and solving diverse problems.
Working in a regulated space: Mortgage industry is heavily regulated at federal and state levels.
We move fast but prioritize compliance and stability.
