What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage the process from product development to product launch, ensuring alignment with project plans for complex initiatives - Develop and communicate a product roadmap, collaborating with industry analysts and cross-functional teams - Define pricing strategies for new and existing products, considering market acceptance and competitive models - Conduct market research and summarize findings to guide product strategy and decision-making - Facilitate product concept workshops with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and document outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business product services or external customer/market experience - Relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science, or a combination of training and experience - Strong analytical skills to develop comprehensive business cases - Experience in managing product strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in a software development environment or professional services role - Background in software or IT, including direct experience with software development, testing, or business analysis - Familiarity with Agile software products and delivery methodology
