Working Location: Near Kranji
Responsibilities:
-Work with Director of Finance & Strategy to define procurement strategy
-Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability
-Request and compare quotations; negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
-Issue and manage purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
-Track and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and resolve any issues
-Maintain supplier records and databases, including pricing, contracts, and performance
-Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Inventory) to understand purchasing needs
-Assist in managing inventory levels and supporting procurement planning
Requirements:
-Basic knowledge of purchasing processes
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools
-Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields will be a plus.
-Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain (including internship experience) preferred, but not a requirement
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary :$2500-4000 (depends on working experience)
-Working Hours: 8.30AM-6.00PM (Monday to Friday)
-Transport provided from Kranji Mrt Station
-Lunch Provided
-5 days work week
