Minimum of five years' litigation experience with a large caseload. Experience in subrogation law, products liability, and personal injury. Prior trial experience, including participation in at least five trials. Primary attorney in at least 20 depositions and 10 mediations. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
New York Bar license is preferred. Skills
Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in trial preparation and courtroom procedures.
