REQUIREMENTS Seeking a registered Patent Attorney or Agent with a Bachelor's, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Physics, or related technical fields involving AI/ML. Experience with AI models, neural networks, and deep learning is required. Candidates must have a solid understanding of AI/ML theory—backpropagation, regularization, optimization—as well as experience preprocessing data, feature selection, training/tuning models, and deploying models to production environments. Domain experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, or computer vision is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience liaising with clients to develop and manage patent portfolios. Candidates should be registered to practice with the USPTO; attorney candidates must be active members in good standing of their home bar or eligible to waive into the appropriate bar.
