Do you thrive on transforming complex billing challenges into financial success for your clients? We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to spearhead our elite Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Advisory practice. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our consulting and auditing teams, serving as the principal strategic partner to our clinical laboratory and pathology clients. Drive sophisticated payer contracting strategies on behalf of clients, leading rate analysis and negotiation tactics to secure favorable reimbursement. Operational Excellence & Service Innovation: Spearhead the continuous improvement of our consulting methodologies and service delivery frameworks to enhance client satisfaction and outcomes. Leverage data analytics to uncover trends, identify performance gaps, and deliver actionable insights that inform both client strategies and internal process enhancements. Oversee the health of all active client projects, ensuring teams are equipped to meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and deliver measurable results. Forge and maintain strategic vendor partnerships to provide clients with comprehensive solutions that extend beyond our core services. Non-Negotiable Requirement:
