It offers 801 guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, a vibrant rooftop bar, a sprawling pool, spa, and fitness center. The hotel also features over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom, junior ballroom, 25 breakout rooms, and pre-function meeting areas with waterfront views. Responsibilities

Oversee preventative maintenance, CARE, PRP, work requests, repairs, including record keeping, scheduling, and project assignments. Assist in procurement of supplies. Review work orders and prioritize tasks. Maintain inventories of heat, light & power, and repair supplies. Respond to guest requests promptly. Coordinate activities with the Engineering Team. Understand Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency evacuation protocols. Foster understanding of Omni's culture. Manage all environmental programs on the property. Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to adapt to unexpected situations. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and use moving platforms. CPO certification required.
