We are inviting applications for the role of
Principal Consultant - Senior Developer SFDC . Responsibilities
Lead analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment on the Salesforce platform within an Agile environment. Build custom solutions using Apex and Visualforce. Implement standard Salesforce functionalities like sharing rules, roles, profiles, workflows, process builder, and flows. Execute integration testing with Apex test classes, maintaining high code coverage. Develop triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs following best coding standards. Write Apex code adhering to industry best practices and design patterns. Maintain expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development best practices for scalable implementations. Develop complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems via APIs or middleware. Handle production incident debugging, bug fixes, data loads, and enhancements. Provide business support for critical issues and mentor operations team members. Assist in scaling sales systems for rapid growth and improve sales organization efficiency. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Salesforce Platform Developer II and Admin certifications. Experience with Marketing applications like Marketo. Experience with CTI integration (e.g., InContact). Experience developing on Sales and Service Cloud for mid-market or enterprise companies. Proficiency with declarative tools and extending Lightning Platform with Apex and Lightning Web Components. Experience designing Lightning pages and working with Salesforce sites and communities. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, XML. Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.
