Solution Architect

• Act as expert in the plan, design, and delivery of end-to-end solution architecture/design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, cloud/infra, and business stakeholders, to drive solution.
• Drive and contribute to the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the enterprise standard and agility.
• Drive short- & long-term architecture strategy for the overall IT project portfolio for key business segments.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in solution architecture role
• Should have minimum 3 years of solution architecture experience delivering enterprise grade software solutions in cloud platform (AWS (must)).
• Possess a deep understanding of the insurance domain with expertise preferred in life/health, advisory distribution business.
• Hands-on experience in AWS cloud architecture and full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience in delivering holistic enterprise-grade solutions for areas like digital/cloud transformation
