WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB:
The Risk Management Analyst provides all Red Cross lines of service with information concerning the Red Cross Property and Casualty risk management program to maintain maximum protection of the organization's assets.
The work location for this position is 100% virtual/work from home. The position can be worked from anywhere in the United States.
WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):
As part of the Risk Management team, the Analyst will:
* Provide support to Red Cross operations (Humanitarian, Training Services, and Biomedical Services) in analyzing, identifying, and mitigating potential risk arising from various programs and activities.
* Manage the end-to-end process for Certificates of Insurance (COIs), including processing, verification, and documentation to ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
* Review COIs for accuracy, analyze coverage details against contract specifications (e.g., limits, endorsements, effective dates), and communicate with insurance providers, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide guidance.
* Review various contracts and agreements for insurance and risk
