Events and Marketing Executive (1 year, Social Service)

Looking for Events professionals interested in the Social Service sector!

• 1-year contract
• Basic up to $2,900 + Completion bonus (1 month)
• Buona Vista MRT
• Mon - Fri, office hours

️ What to expect:

• Organise and plan events by managing logistics, registrations, refreshments and on-site support.
• Create EDMs and social media content to publicise events.
• Create survey forms for events and initiatives.
• Note-taking during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and follow-up within the team.
• Performing of ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma in Marketing and Communications, with 2 years of working experience.
• Meticulous individual with strong copywriting and design skills.
• Familiar with virtual and in-person event logistics and requirements.
