What You'll Do: As an Electronics Technician II, 6 Month Temporary Contractor, you'll be at the heart of our engineering lab, supporting design engineers in developing and refining innovative products. Your day-to-day will include: Assembling, testing, troubleshooting and reworking electronic circuits and systems Interpreting schematics, assembly drawings and technical documentation Performing validation testing and documenting results Assembling and modifying mechanical parts and assemblies Fabricating custom cables and wiring harnesses What You Bring: 3+ years of hands-on electronics experience Strong understanding of schematics, PCB layouts, and test equipment including DMMs, oscilloscopes, benchtop power supplies and signal generators Soldering and rework skills including SMT components down to 0201 size, trace cut-and jumper, "tombstoning components" and adding "blue wiring" Proficiency in the use of common hand tools including screwdrivers, cutters, pliers, drills, hand saws, Dremel rotary tools with the goal of modifying mechanical enclosures. High School Diploma required, AA in Electronics or military equivalent preferred A collaborative spirit and a passion for problem-solving Bonus Skills: Experience with RF circuits and embedded systems Knowledge of PCB design software (e.g., Altium, Orcad, PADS, KiCad) Previous work in a manufacturing or R&D environment Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally (with assistance) Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and exposure to electrical hazards and chemicals (solder, flux, cleaners, etc.) Why You'll Love Working Here: Be part of a dynamic engineering team shaping the future of technology Work in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment Ready to power up your career? This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
