About the Opportunity:

An established and growing regional insurance brokerage is expanding its Personal Lines division and hiring up to 15 Account Managers to support a high-performing team of seasoned producers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment, brings a proactive mindset, and enjoys working with established books of business. If youre experienced in personal lines, confident managing renewals and client communication, and want to join a stable and growing team this is worth a conversation.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Manage personal lines accounts from onboarding to renewals
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients answering questions, processing changes, and offering strategic guidance
  • Prepare proposals, issue certificates, review audits, and ensure coverage accuracy
  • Coordinate with producers and carriers to deliver exceptional service
  • Identify gaps in coverage and recommend tailored solutions
  • 5+ years of personal lines account management experience
  • Active P&C License in state of residence
  • AMS360 experience is a plus (Applied Systems also valued)
  • Familiarity with key carriers (e.g., Travelers, Safeco, Nationwide, Progressive, etc.)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a bonus (some locations require it)
  • High-net-worth account experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong communicator, organized, and client-service oriented
