  • Attention to detail, particularly in verifying employee documentation

Job Details:

  • $24.00/hr
  • Temp-to-hire
  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
  • Located in Louisville, KY 40299
  • Conducting payroll and invoicing tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Managing office operations independently while maintaining a productive work environment
  • Communicating effectively with the owner, who will be offsite, to ensure smooth operations
  • Utilizing QuickBooks for various financial tasks to support business objectives
  • Verifying employee I-9 forms to ensure compliance with company and legal standards
