Safelite is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Financial Analyst to support our Commercial & Customer Experience (CCX) teams. This role will deliver impactful financial insights across a variety of strategic initiatives, including sales planning, customer acquisition, pricing, marketing performance, and digital optimization.
You'll work cross-functionally with business partners in marketing, digital, strategy, pricing, and advanced analytics, and be instrumental in developing tools, reporting, and models that inform data-driven decisions. This is an ideal opportunity for a rising FP&A professional with a passion for customer-facing growth and a strong foundation in Excel-based analysis.
What Youll Do
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and business case evaluation
Analyze performance across KPIs, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders
Support evaluation of key initiatives including pricing strategy, marketing campaigns, A/B testing, and customer acquisition programs
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, synthesize, and analyze large datasets to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency
Assist in building and enhancing dashboards and visualizations to support real-time decision-making
Translate complex analysis into concise, executive-ready presentations and summaries
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
35 years of relevant experience in FP&A or corporate finance required
Strong analytical mindset with a high level of comfort working with large datasets, assumptions, and ambiguity
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex financial data into business language
Experience working with cross-functional partners, particularly in marketing, digital, or pricing analytics
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos preferred
