Accounts Payable Specialist Payless Auto Glass

Location: Glastonbury, CT | Full-Time | On-Site

Payless Auto Glass Inc. is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our full-cycle AP department and support our growing operations. This is a hands-on role in a close, collaborative team where accuracy and organization are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all accounts payable functions from start to finish

Process vendor invoices, utilities, and recurring operational expenses

Handle check processing, banking transactions, and account reconciliations

Manage company fleet operations, including onboarding technicians with phones and gas cards

Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team

Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office
