Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Fayetteville, NC (Onsite Only) Position Type: Full-Time, Contract Contract Dates: August 13, 2025 May 22, 2026 Hours: Monday Friday, 37.5 hours/week Job Description: Soliant is seeking a committed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an educational team in Fayetteville, NC for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite-only role serving a diverse caseload of elementary, middle, and high school students. The SLP will play a key role in supporting student communication needs while also supervising two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels based on assigned work model. Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, and maintain timely documentation. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress. Supervise, mentor, and support two SLPAs in their service delivery and compliance with licensure standards. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district policies and procedures. Requirements: Active North Carolina SLP License (Required) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Prior experience in a school setting preferred Ability and willingness to supervise SLPAs Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Caseload: Mixed caseload across elementary, middle, and high school, determined by district assignment and service delivery model.
