Description What You’ll Do: You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly - from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time. In This Role You’ll: Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift) Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products What You’ll Bring Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred •

Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation •

Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation •

Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders Schedule & Setting: Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F) Shift: Primarily a 4-day work week, starting at 7a Weekend and holiday availability required Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing/walking for extended periods Pay & Benefits: Pay: Earn Up To $25.50 + $1000 Sign-on Bonus Weekly pay (every Friday) Health, dental, and vision benefits available after 30 days 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more Company-provided uniforms and work shoes Why Join Us: We’re not just in the business of distribution - we’re in the business of development.
