HVAC Lead Installer

King County, Snohomish, & Pierce County, WA (Travel required based on business need) Shift:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation:
$35 - $60 per hour (DOE) Benefits:

Full-time Position Summary: As a
Lead HVAC Installer , you will take charge of residential heating and cooling installations from start to finish. You’ll oversee and execute the safe and efficient setup of HVAC systems — including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers — while ensuring each project is completed to code, on time, and to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on expertise, leadership on job sites, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll represent the company with professionalism, mentor junior team members, and deliver comfort to every home you service. Key Responsibilities: Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers in residential homes Troubleshoot and test equipment during installation, startup, and operation Install flex and sheet metal duct systems per code and manufacturer specs Verify thermostat functionality and connectivity Load necessary tools and equipment into company vehicle daily Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow company safety protocols Attend meetings and continuing education sessions #HVAC
