to join our
2nd shift team
and help guide operations in a high-tech, fast-paced environment. If you enjoy problem-solving, mentoring others, and take pride in delivering precision work, this could be the perfect opportunity. What You’ll Do: As the go-to person on 2nd shift, you’ll lead a team of machinists, support production flow, and keep jobs running smoothly. You’ll get hands-on with CNC mills and lathes, set up machines, troubleshoot, and make sure quality standards are met every time. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years CNC machining experience with proven leadership abilities
Confident in setups, offsets, tooling changes, and CNC program edits
Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
Ability to juggle multiple machines and meet production goals
Solid communication, reliability, and a team-first attitude
