Job Purpose Position is responsible for the flow of all inbound products received at EPAC Duties and Responsibilities Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner, so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management. You are expected to always act in a safe manner and ensure that those around you do not put themselves or others at risk. Safety is everyone’s responsibility. At ALL times working safely is a condition of employment. Ensure timely receipt of inbound goods. Coordinate movement of received product within EPAC. This may include the following:

Operating Pallet Jacks and Forklifts to move material. Loading and unloading materials from trucks. Locates material in the warehouse as needed.

Record all inbound freight received on electronic receiving log, and date stamp receiver. Move product to appropriate area of Warehouse, and record location. Determine if damaged freight can be accepted. Report damaged freight on electronic damage freight form and attached pictures. Work directly with Purchasing on the receipt of overseas containers scheduled to arrive at EPAC. Apply EPAC crate labels to corresponding supplier pallet numbers. Move product to its appropriate storage location. Maintain electronic log of crate locations. Remove all crates from inventory when used via electronic inventory system. Receive inbound RMA’s, record, disposition and move to appropriate department. Properly execute transactions within the company’s computer-based business system Receive MRA’s from service department and return product to stock as specified on RMA. Build kits in accordance with shop orders as needed to maintain sufficient inventory levels. This would apply to but not limited to ANSI adaptor, flange, seal, and impeller kits. Follow established guidelines for storage of inventory. Maintain production shelf stock for all inventoried and required non-inventoried production and shipping stock. Direct flow of paperwork involved with all shipments including packing lists, MRA’s, import documentation, invoices, and receivers. Dutifully report inventory transactions and discrepancies to appropriate departments, work with purchasing manager to receive inventory. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 2 + years’ experience in an S & R environment Basic Computer skills including (Microsoft, Windows, Excel, and Word) and ERP Systems. Working Conditions The environment is a mixture of both office and production environments. Temperatures will usually be comfortable, with adequate lighting and moderate noise levels. Physical Requirements Be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regularly, or as a frequent occurrence.
