As a Mobile Associate, you will be an integral part of our Retail Team of Experts, showcasing the T-Mobile brand with passion and enthusiasm. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, where technology evolves, and customer needs shift. Your role will focus on creating meaningful connections and deepening relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in continuing their shopping journeys seamlessly, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
Demonstrate the latest technology in-store and explore personalized solutions tailored to our customers' lifestyles.
Handle service and sales operations with compassion and integrity, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Become proficient with digital tools to illustrate T-Mobile's extensive coverage and services.
Engage in ongoing training to enhance T-Mobile’s in-store experience and expand your knowledge about our offerings.
Collaborate with T-Mobile team members across various channels to enhance the customer experience and resolve any issues efficiently.
Support team initiatives and help create an inclusive workplace culture.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience Requirements:
At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, with retail experience preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
A passionate advocate for customers who enjoys connecting with others!
Competitive spirit and a demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
A willingness to learn from peers and collaborate effectively.
Ability to balance performance goals with customer needs.
Additional Information:
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
The starting hourly base pay is $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After completing your first 90 days with T-Mobile, you will be eligible for a promotion to the Mobile Expert role, potentially earning an annual incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives, plus eligibility for an Annual Stock Grant.
