As a Liquor Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for our members while promoting quality products. What You'll Do: Ensure safety standards are met by conducting regular safety sweeps and adhering to proper procedures. Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging customers, assisting with purchase decisions, and resolving any issues they may have. Maintain an attractive merchandise presentation by stocking shelves, organizing product displays, and ensuring merchandise is priced correctly. Manage the sales floor in the liquor section by handling claims and returns and monitoring for shrink and damages. Operate cash registers and related equipment, process member transactions, and handle payments, returns, and refunds efficiently. Maintain cash register supplies and follow procedures to reduce shrink and promote performance goals. Adhere to company and legal protocols for liquor sales, including securing merchandise and verifying member identification.
