The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver best-in-class omnichannel experiences. The role also requires a strong focus on architectural modernization, platform scalability, and system reliability to support the company's growth and market expansion.
Candidates for the VP of Engineering - DTC role at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, with a preference for an MBA or Master’s degree. A minimum of 15 years' experience in software engineering, including at least 8 years in leadership roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading engineering for DTC platforms, deep understanding of modern commerce platforms, and experience in global retail or consumer brands. Strong technical acumen across web, mobile, cloud, and retail technologies, as well as expertise in agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures, is essential.
