$100.00/hr - $100.00/hr Transform education, don't just talk about it.
Are you driven by bold enrollment goals, meaningful parent dialogues, and the opportunity to champion a revolutionary educational approach? At Alpha, we're not making minor adjustments to traditional schooling—we're completely reimagining it.
Our students master core academics in just two hours daily using cutting-edge AI platforms, then dedicate their afternoons to developing essential life skills like leadership and public speaking. No time-fillers. No traditional lectures. Just exceptional results—with performance in the top 1% nationally. We set the bar high and empower students to exceed it.
Your mission: Convert our innovative model into a movement. You'll navigate thoughtful conversations with prospective families, orchestrate engaging information sessions, establish strategic community alliances, and empower current parents to become vocal advocates. Working with professionalism and confidence, you'll focus on one primary objective: creating a 150+ student waitlist through authentic advocacy rather than aggressive sales tactics.
We fundamentally believe conventional education limits student potential. With proper tools and expectations, children can achieve dramatically more in less time. Every team member must share this conviction. If you do—and you know how to build trust without compromising our mission—we want to connect with you.
