Director Of FP&A Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting processes across multiple business areas Build and maintain financial models to assess business performance, risks, and opportunities Partner with executives and operational leaders to align financial plans with strategic objectives Deliver variance analysis, executive dashboards, and recommendations to improve business outcomes Oversee ROI analysis for key projects and initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams on unit economics, pricing, and cost structures Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership and stakeholders Lead and mentor an FP&A team, fostering accountability, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement
Director Of FP&A Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles Proven success in financial planning, forecasting, and partnering with business leaders Advanced Excel and financial reporting system skills; experience with business intelligence tools preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced credential a plus
