W hat the right candidate will enjoy:
* 4 x 10 schedule * Call 1:8 * State-of-the-art resources, including a Da Vinci robot, a 120-Watt laser, and many others * Over 20 state-of-the-art operating rooms * Advanced ambulatory surgery center * Mix of 2/3 days in Clinic and OR * Be able to complete a variety of procedures. * Work-life balance-focused practice, including flexible schedules and unmatched practice support. * Multi-specialty collaboration with a mission-driven integrated healthcare delivery model. * Competitive salary, sign-on bonus, annual bonus, benefits package including occurrence-based malpractice, health insurance, CME. * Professional liability insurance with tail. * Base salary range: $504,000 $635,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty) * Eligible for productivity and quality incentives
Key Qualifications:
* MD/DO from an accredited medical school, with an active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Maryland or the ability to obtain before employment. * Board Certified in Urology * An active or unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain before employment. * Comfortable working in an inpatient and outpatient setting
