Direct message the job poster from Optomi ** THIS ROLE IS ON-SITE IN CLEVELAND, OH** Lead Solution Architect Optomi, in partnership with a leader within the manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect (Oracle Fusion) for their on-site team! This Lead Solution Architect will have extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and who is adept at asking probing questions to ensure accurate and comprehensive project planning. This Lead Solution Architect will also be responsible for providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams in designing and implementing comprehensive system architectures, ensuring solutions effectively integrate with the overall IT infrastructure, and evaluating project challenges to develop logical architectural designs. What the Right Candidate Will Enjoy! Solving complex problems: You will be the go-to expert for Oracle Fusion, evaluating how to best leverage its capabilities and integrate new features as they are released. Strategic influence: You will enjoy providing expert guidance to cross-functional teams and influence architectural decisions, ensuring solutions integrate with the overall IT infrastructure. Continuous learning: You'll stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing guidance on how to leverage upcoming enhancements from cloud vendors. Experience of the Right Candidate: A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or at least 10 years of experience in IT is required. You must have 8 or more years of experience in an IT or solution architecture role, with a proven track record of designing complex hardware and software solutions. The right candidate has a background in the manufacturing space with a strong technical bend. Expertise in Oracle Fusion is a must-have for this role. An expert-level architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP) is preferred. You must be able to communicate effectively with both IT and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities of the Right Candidate: Provide expert guidance in designing and implementing highly complex, integrated frameworks and systems that align with and drive the organization's IT strategy. Evaluate program or project challenges and develop conceptual and logical architectural designs to address them, ensuring effective integration with the clients IT infrastructure. Understand how to best leverage Oracle Fusion and its new capabilities, while also bridging the gaps in its functionality. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve system design weaknesses, ensuring high-quality performance, scalability, and maintainability. Provide strategic direction on the development of architectural frameworks and standards, and lead the technical evaluation of new solutions.
