About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled

Sr. Enterprise Data Analyst (SQL)

to join our data-driven team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets, designing and implementing KPIs, building dashboards, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive insights that inform critical business decisions. This role requires advanced SQL expertise, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & SQL Development

Write and optimize

complex SQL queries

involving joins, subqueries, window functions, and aggregations. Develop scalable data models to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence needs. Perform data validation, profiling, and cleansing to ensure high-quality outputs.

Dashboarding & Reporting

Design, build, and maintain

interactive dashboards and reports

in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar). Develop and track

KPIs, metrics, and scorecards

to monitor business performance. Ensure reporting consistency and data accuracy across multiple business units.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Translate complex data findings into

clear, concise, and actionable recommendations

for non-technical stakeholders. Act as a

trusted advisor

for data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements through data solutions. Establish and maintain best practices in SQL development, reporting, and documentation. Contribute to the evolution of enterprise data strategy and governance.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. 10 years of professional experience

as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or SQL Developer, preferably in an enterprise environment.

Technical Skills

Expert in

SQL

(advanced joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization, indexing, stored procedures). Strong hands-on experience with

data modeling

and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). Proficiency with BI tools such as

Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

for dashboarding and visualization. Experience working with

large-scale datasets

and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Familiarity with

ETL/ELT processes

and data pipelines preferred.

Soft Skills

Excellent

analytical and problem-solving skills

with keen attention to detail. Strong

communication and presentation skills

for conveying insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Proven track record of

delivering insights that drive business impact .
