Clinical Supervisor - Child/Adolescent Outpatient Mental Health Clinic Location: Bronx, NY 10462 Schedule: Monday-Friday | Flex schedule options (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM)Position Overview: A NYC based non-profit seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead a growing team of psychotherapists at its Bronx-based outpatient mental health clinic serving children, adolescents, and their families. This is a strategic leadership role that blends clinical oversight with program operations, training, and supervision.The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in staff development, quality assurance, compliance with OMH regulations, and ensuring that services are delivered with fidelity to evidence-based models such as TF-CBT. This is an ideal position for an experienced LCSW who is passionate about child and adolescent mental health and thrives in a collaborative, high-impact clinical environment.Key Responsibilities: Direct Staff Supervision & Team Leadership Provide weekly clinical supervision for ~8 staff (mix of full-time and fee-for-service clinicians) Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching, development, and corrective action as needed Oversee clinical operations and staffing at the 1990 Westchester Ave location Coordinate and lead weekly team case consultations/interdisciplinary meetings Maintain a small caseload (6-7 clients) to stay active in clinical practice and support model fidelity Ensure timely submission of progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans across team Program Oversight & Compliance Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services & Strategic Initiatives on policy implementation, QA/QI initiatives, and program development Monitor clinical documentation quality and caseload distribution Ensure compliance with OMH standards and internal protocols Serve as resource and consultant for clinical escalations, crisis response, and care planning Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new psychotherapists Data & Administrative Support Support ongoing tracking of clinical metrics and program performance Contribute to grant reporting, outcomes tracking, and strategic planning Attend leadership meetings and submit monthly summaries to the Director Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW required) Minimum 4 years of post-MSW experience, preferably with supervisory duties Strong knowledge of evidence-based models (TF-CBT preferred) Experience in child welfare or Medicaid-based behavioral health settings preferred Spanish proficiency strongly preferred Comfortable providing clinical and administrative supervision Skilled in documentation review, performance coaching, and compliance monitoring
