Description

[Responsibilities]

Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of ALMGHospitality.com/operations. Greet loudly and thank guests for their visit. Understand and explain all menu items and variations. Receive and input orders into POS system and receive payments. Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied. Actively monitor all on-line orders for any special errors, follow protocol to report and claim credit. Bus tables by removing dishes and trash and set up for the next guest. Answering phone calls in polite manner for all to-go orders, complains and directions. Stock up or set up food stations and dining area. Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning bathroom. Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement. Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations. Assist in training new fellow employees according to up-to-date training manual. [Qualifications]
